Worth EVERY PENNY! Staff is just wonderful. I hate it when people treat staff to poorly, so please be kind to your server and staff. I've seen people be so rude here and it was really sad. The host, staff and waitress are just so kind. The food is great, and they have some wonderful deals.
It is our only place to have sushi! -

First of all, I would like to bump this rating to a solid 3.5. The service is great/friendly, the fish/seafood is fresh and overall its a solid sushi spot. So why was my experience only a 3.5?
1. A buddy of mine took me here because likes this spot.
2. This is small but weird incident, but during our meal a less fortunate person came into the restaurant and B lined to our booth and was asking for Money, food, water. Bless his soul we felt so awful and he was asked to leave. After that moment I just couldn't enjoy my experience.
3. We tried looking for the guy to give him our saved sushi/food for him to eat but he had already left.
Overall this place is solid sushi and solid service. And I would come back here to eat again. -

I once gave them only 2 but now they've really earned and became my favorite sushi place. They have a few rolls without rice, I'm Keto so low carbs when I eat. They're accommodating without being crabby about it. Sashimi is very fresh and always good portion size. Friendly staff and sushi chef

A solid place for sushi and other Japanese dishes. The fish is fresh and the portions are consistent and a good value. This is not a trendy spot; it is located in a strip mall that is currently in transition. (Translation - about half the shops are empty) and I'd say it is better for families than a romantic first date. Often the TV is on, volume low, with football or other sports. There is seating at the bar, as well as booths and tables that can accommodate groups. The decor is a mix of 1950 era advertisements adorning the walls (think Coca Cola) contrasted with traditional banners and the Maneki-neko.
We've been coming here regularly and the service is always friendly. I believe it is a family run business with the same men behind the sushi bar and two women acting as hostess/servers/cashier. The menu has a lot of options, with traditional rolls, their own combinations, tempura, bento and recently added poke.
If you're in the neighborhood give them a try. -

This is my favorite sushi place by far. The fish is great quality and tastes amazing. The service is fast and great. Definitely worth a try.
